I am a wife, mother, and sister, with each role shaping my journey and guiding my actions. These relationships have taught me the power of compassion and empathy and the joy of lifting others up.
As a leader, teacher, coach, and eternal student of leadership, I'm endlessly fascinated by the art and science of guiding and inspiring others. Whether it's through coaching sessions, team-building activities, outdoor adventures, or crafting endeavors, I'm dedicated to nurturing growth and empowerment in those around me. I'm a positivity junkie and the self-proclaimed Chief Gratitude Officer of my life. Guided by the mantra "In a world where you can be anything, be kind," I strive to infuse every interaction with kindness, gratitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

My Story
I'm excited to share a glimpse into my background and the path that has led me to where I am today.
Originally hailing from breathtaking Montana, I embarked on a transformative journey when my family relocated to Oregon during my childhood years. Oregon quickly captured my heart, and I now proudly consider myself an Oregonian, deeply connected to the lush forests, rugged coastline, and vibrant communities that define this beautiful state.
For the past 25 years, I've had the privilege of being a part of the A-dec family, where I've worn many hats and embraced various roles across the organization. From my earliest days to my most recent endeavors, I've thrived in an environment that values people, collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth. Every role has presented new challenges and opportunities for learning, allowing me to expand my skills, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the success of the dental industry.
Driven by a relentless curiosity and a passion for personal and professional development, I'm always looking for opportunities to broaden my horizons and experience something new. Whether it's diving into a new project, pursuing further education, or simply engaging in meaningful conversations that expand my perspective, I believe in the power of lifelong learning and the endless possibilities it brings.
In 2021, I embarked on a new chapter of my journey by enrolling in the Organizational Leadership Master's program at Gonzaga University. This exciting endeavor has ignited my passion for leadership theory and practice and the profound impact it can have on individuals and organizations alike.

• Designed, launched, and managed a foundational leadership program focused on A-dec’s 15 core values, including developing curriculum, creating materials, and delivering content.
• Partnered with BOLI to create and manage new leader supervisory program.

• Designed display boards for 200+ dealer partners, incorporating tablet and app into displays.
• Designed ‘Welcome To A-dec Family’ campaign and to support a new dealer partner relationship.
• Produced brochures and support materials to help new dealers reach existing customer base.
• Led marketing product launch teams for 10+ years, working collaboratively across the organization.
• Coordinated vendor partners handling digital assets, including photo studio work and digital room creation.
