My Leadership Philosophy
Leading From the Heart
At times, I doubted my suitability for leadership, believing it meant sacrificing genuine connections and empathy for a remote and detached approach. However, the call to leadership persisted despite my reservations. During my time at Gonzaga University, I discovered a profound truth:
leadership is not confined to a singular, rigid mold. I found my true calling in serving others with compassion and integrity.

My Leadership Philosophy
I believe leadership starts with creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued. I prioritize inclusion, empathy, and collaboration—because when people feel safe to be themselves, they can do their best work. I lead by listening first, adapting my approach to bring out the best in others and spark meaningful, shared growth. At the heart of it all, I’m guided by authenticity, humility, and a belief that leadership should not only drive results—but also cultivate joy.
